The first concert will present Duo Soledad on Saturday evening, February 23rd. This Denver based guitar duo includes Ben Cantu, the guitar teacher at SCU- Pueblo, and Ben Johnson. Both studied with Ricardo Iznaola at the prestigious guitar program at Denver University.
The second concert on Saturday evening, July 5th will feature the return of Dos Américas guitar duo; Alejandro Dávila from Argentina and CSGS founding member, Jim Bosse. Their unique mix of music from the United States and Argentina has pleased Colorado Springs audiences each year since 2003. Our CSGS Annual Member's Fundraising Concert will be on Friday evening, August 15th. This will be a diversion from tradition. This concert used to be in December each year.
The final concert will present Alfredo Muro from Lima, Peru on Friday evening, November 7th. This charismatic guitarist will present a South American based program with a strong emphasis on Brazilian music. More information about the concerts and these guitarists will

Concert Series presents: Thomas Stringer in Concert Playing the music of Turlough O’Carolan, Machaut, Gaspar Sanz, Mudarra, Luis Narvaez, Luis Milan, J. S. Bach, and Robert de Viseé. This is a benefit concert for the CSGS, donations will be accepted at the door.
